All rates are per person per night.
Minimum Requirements All midweek and weekend stays are subject to a two night minimum.
A three night minimum applies to holiday periods.
Single night stays are $35 per person per night.
There is a minimum of 26 people for all groups. (Smaller groups are welcome, however the minimum 26 person rate applies.)
Holidays New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Security Deposit
A $150 refundable deposit is required for all reservations at time of reservation. This deposit is refundable by mail after the completion of a walk through with the on-site manager upon your departure providing there is no damage to the facility.
Cleaning Fee A mandatory $75 cleaning fee will be added to your invoice.
Taxes All fees are subject to a 6% city tax.
Payments The balance of lodging fees is due 30 days prior To occupancy date. We accept checks, money orders/cashier checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to occupancy date in order to receive full refund of the security deposit and will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
